Fairfax Festival

When designing the logo for Fairfax Festival, a community led music festival in Marin County CA, I was eager to create something that bridged the gap between vintage and modern. The Fairfax Festival has been a staple in Marin for over 40 years, celebrating the town’s hippie roots while also focusing on the future of sustainability and community building.

Having lived in Fairfax for several years, this felt like an amazing opportunity to help support the community that gave me my start in California with a logo and design system fitting of the town’s roots. Thank you to the Fairfax Festival committee for giving me the opportunity to create something that has gone on to grace various festival merchandise, OOH, a webpage update, and social media. Already looking forward to next year’s celebration!
